We want you to be completely satisfied with your Herschel Supply purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
